Writing
Notes from the work.
Essays on putting AI to work inside real businesses: what holds up after the demo, what quietly fails, and what to do instead. Newest first.
The archive
All posts.
Longer than a news item, shorter than a whitepaper. Written by Justin, usually the week after something in the work surprised him.
The first essay is being written.
This page will hold longer pieces on the part of AI work that does not fit in a headline: how a company's knowledge gets captured before it walks out the door, what it takes for a team to trust an agent enough to correct it, and why the system that improves every week beats the one that launched perfectly.
Until then, the news desk is running, and the fastest way to get the thinking is to have the conversation.
How I write here
One idea per piece, argued from something that actually happened on a project. No listicles, no model-of-the-week takes, no predictions with a date attached. If a post cannot name the decision it would change, it does not get published.
